Service provider
Glytiq is provided by Melonsplash AB, Swedish company registration number 556781-1418, with postal address Tämta Västra Skattegarden 23, 513 93 Fristad, Sweden. These terms apply to business use of Glytiq. Any separately agreed written contract takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.
Your account and permitted use
You must be authorised to act for the organisation using the service and to connect each website or third-party account. Keep account access and API credentials secure, manage your team's permissions, and use Glytiq lawfully. Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content, access another customer's data, interfere with the service or circumvent usage limits.
Plans, fees and third-party services
Your selected plan or written order determines the available features, usage limits, fees and billing period. Review the price, renewal and cancellation information presented before confirming a purchase. Services you connect through your own provider accounts remain subject to those providers' terms and charges. A link or integration does not guarantee a third-party service's availability or results.
Your data and privacy responsibilities
You retain your rights in the data and content you provide. You permit us to process it as needed to provide, secure and support the service, subject to the applicable data processing agreement. You are responsible for the notices, permissions and lawful basis required for your website implementation and any outreach you choose to send. Do not include personal or sensitive information in analytics event properties. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement explain the respective processing roles and safeguards.
Analytics and company identification
Analytics, company matches, rankings and AI-assisted outputs are information to support your own judgment. Coverage and accuracy can be affected by consent choices, network routing, blockers, source data and third-party availability. Company identification is an organisation-level signal and does not establish an individual visitor's identity or employer. Review results before relying on them for business decisions or contacting anyone; no particular traffic, identification rate or sales outcome is promised.
Availability and changes
We maintain and improve Glytiq, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security measures and failures of supporting services may interrupt access. Material changes to these terms or the subscribed service will be communicated before they take effect where practicable; urgent security or legal requirements may require earlier action. Any separately agreed service commitments continue to apply.
Ending or restricting access
You can manage cancellation through the available billing controls or contact us about your subscription. The cancellation terms shown with your plan or written order apply. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach or a security risk, and will explain the reason and available next steps where lawful and practicable. Account closure and deletion follow the applicable agreement and retention settings; export the data you need before requesting deletion.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply. Please contact us first about a dispute so that we can try to resolve it. These terms do not exclude any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
